Yeah when i get the motor back together and finally get it to the track. I'll spray in 3rd and 4th gear. While its apart im gonna put control arms, drag springs and boost to 12lb.

It can create more hp because there is more air and fuel in the system. If you tune your car as a blow through (the way Prochargers are set up) with an SCT big air Maf (these take Air intake temperatures) your car will compensate for it. Basically I live in Arizona. During the summer it generally doesn't drop below 100 degrees even at night. If Irun this kit my car thinks its winter when I go to the track even with a 102 degree temperature. If your tuner tunes it correctly there should be ZERO timing after redline so you don't blow your motor up. My car only has 15 degrees of timing with an 11.76:1 AF at 6000rpm and it makes 420whp. My dyno sheet drops significantly after that because there is no timing and he added fuel. Long story short

ITS ALL IN THE TUNE

i would say to run maybe a 50 shot...

are you looking into an intercooler sprayer or like nitrous to be injected right after the intercooler?

mine will be injected right before the throttle body on the bent pipe after the aftercooler.

i'd be afraid of actually drilling to far to put the shark nozzle in and actually bust a core.... the pipe right after the intercooler will do the same.

Does it flow through the fins of the intercooler, or is it actually mixed with the intake charge?

What you want to do is make/buy a spray bar and mount it so that the spray covers as much surface area on the intercooler as possible. And try using CO2 instead of N2O, it's cheaper and will come out of the line just as cold as N2O.
