CO2 is much cheaper than nitrous and can be found out any place that refills stuff for paintball guns. I believe you could even put it in the same bottle. This is starting to look a whole lot cheaper to do then I thought it may be. You could change the tune so it opens a solonoid at WOT above 4000rpm or whatever or just put it on a switch.

take a look at the SNOW methanol injection kits, part # snow-20010 for the mustang, they are real nice, going to have one put onmy bullitt. pretty nice gains in power too! and the fuel is real cheap, i dont know the price of nitrous though, never been a big fan.

What you want to do is make/buy a spray bar and mount it so that the spray covers as much surface area on the intercooler as possible. And try using CO2 instead of N2O, it's cheaper and will come out of the line just as cold as N2O.

They sell premade ones for EVOs, STIs, SRT-4s, etc... You could probably fab one of those up pretty easy.

nitrous is about $40 a bottle. my friend took his purdgeand added a small hose withlittle holes in in like a little pvc pipe and zip tied it to the center of the intercooler fins.and keep a 100 shot direct in the tb dont know if that would help.
