Default please help with body panel

i have a 96 GT and i am trying to take out those little plastic grilles in the side to paint them. i just need to know how to get them out. thanks

if nobody knows how to take it out tell me how to take out the rear panel in back seats and ill try to that gain access. thanks

On the later models 99-04, you have to take out those interior panels in the back seat to get them out. I'm not sure about the older ones, but I'd imagine they are done the same way. It does look a lot better to remove them when you paint the car. It will probably take an extra 4-5 hours to take both out and put them back in, but in my opinion it makes or breaks the paint job.
