RE: aluminum driveshaft
actually vfast, that was a cute smartass comment, but despite what it may seem, i have changed all of my oils engine tranny etc, i have installed my strut tower brace, shocks, struts, springs , sway bars, short shift kit all on my own and i had a little help from a friend putting in lower control arms and i had to pay smone to weld in my subframe connectors because i just dont know how to weld... and im only 19 and i work and i go to college, i think thats pretty good.so thats my story, id apprecaite it if u didnt say stupid things anymore, thanks

RE: aluminum driveshaft
i change my oil etc just for the hell of it... i like doing everything that i can possibly do on my own. it just makes me feel like i put a tiny bit more into my car than if i didnt change my own oil or put on my springs or my future drive shaft or whatever the hell it may be.... but when it comes to doing rear end gears and things of that sort... i decide to leave that to the experienced because thats harder to do than a driveshaft or shocks im sure

RE: aluminum driveshaft
It happens, I had a vibration problem and I know others that did and others that didn't. It's a crapshoot - be prepared for one but don't buy one without needing it is what I would do.
