Default What should I do first?

Hey I'm new to the forum and wanted to get some advice on what to do first to my 1999 GT. I had planned on going with a fender wall cold air intake along with a new throttle body. I've seen the 70 and 75mm and I just wanted to know what you all thought is the best way to go.

Exhaust is usually the best route to go at first. Gears too.

Skip the TB and get a MAF. TB will give may be 3 rwhp, MAF will give you more.

I just got a TB and Plenum because of the killer deal. By spring though I should atleast have the MAF if not the whole C&L set-up.

save the tb's and plenums for last - their the worst gain for the buck. Start with the exhaust... catback and mid-pipe... then go with gears for better acceleration, then a chip / tuner

Where is the best place to get a MAF?? If I do get one soon I will get the Pro-M 85mm...I've heard people having problems with the C&L...the best price I've seen is $230 from Blueovalperformance on ebay...kinda steep...

That's not bad for a MAF.

What have you been hearing about the C&L? I haven't heard/seen anything bad about them.

So I take it most of you think I should go with an exhaust system. Anyone know where I can find one at a good price?

I have no problems with my C&L parts, couldn't be happier actually. I installed all of my Induction parts listed in my sig at once. I don't have dyno results, but there was a noticable difference. Especially in the higher rpms... I was happy with the gains, but yes there are cheaper parts that offer better results, but if you upgrade your exhaust, upgrading your induction will only help! Gears area bout the same price prolly alil cheaper actually and would show much more of a gain as far as acceleration goes...
