Default Tire pressure

Hey guys i got new Goodyear F1 GSD-3 tires, i was wondering what the pressure should be on the tires, i am a daily driver but i want really good grip at the same time for handling and cornering, right now the two backs are at 31, the fronts at 32, are these good for the best grip and handling? should i leave them at that or change it? Thx

My buddy has a set on his F-body. he runs the tires at almost 41 pounds. He says the car responds better and the ride is not to stiff. He bumps them down to around 25 pounds when at the track.

you always want to be in a range, if max is 45, i would stay around 40 soft tires or underinflated tires have a better grip on launch</P>

For traction you want lower air pressure, softer tires are easier to pop, but you shouldn't be lowering the pressures enough to cause any trouble. Around town, I wouldn't be afraid to drop them 5-10PSI and have fun, on the highway...inflate them babies up.
