Hi,
I've been looking for the rims and decided to go with 18x 10 at the rear. The question- is it gonna fit 99 cobra? I mean the clearance issues. That includes IRS and fender and brakes. I am thinking about 18 x 10 and 295\35 tires. Does anyone have such rims on the rear of cobra 99?

a few months ago i called saleen cause i had some questions on their rims packages and he said the 18x10 wouldn't fit in the back of a cobra, call them or SVT and get a better conformation

When I find the article on my laptop I'll send ya the link and you can check it out. They have 17's with 315's on the rear. As far as 18's I'm not sure. I have the Saleen in a black 18" rim. I haven't put them on yet because I need to save for the tires. If no one replies with an answer with experience I'll give it a whirl in less than a month. If you can get me a good deal on tires I'll do it right now. I was looking to put 305's in the rear. I know you might need to shave the IRS bolt down but it has been done before. This link has close ups on the tires and the IRS bolts. I'll send it tomorrow when I look for and find it.

Oh yeah they are 18x9 in the front and 18x10 in the rear.
