The harmonic balancer is the biggest pulley all the way at the middle bottom. The tool required to pull it is a hamonic balancer puller which is about $25 at the auto parts store.

how can U/D pulleys have a harmonic balancer built in... im confused?

Some pullies require you to use your harmonic balancer. The pulley bolts over the stock one. Steeda does not use this design.

i got mac for like 120 shipped they worked good and only took about 25 minutes to install. i say thats worth the the money.

i dont know about all this harmonic balancer stuff, all i REALLY want to know is .. did i waist my money on the march UD pulleys or are they good pulleys... thats all i really want to know... anyone ??????

and also if the march pulleys replace the harmonic balacner or are they the design that just bolts on top of it???? anyone.... one bad GT.... maybe u can help me?

The pullies that bolt right onto the harmonic balancer are called piggyback style. I use Steeda because there pullies do not use this method. Piggyback style sucks from what i have heard. I'm not sure but i think March uses the piggyback design.
