4V heads on 2v 4.6L

So i know that the PI heads are better than NPI, but what about 4V heads. Do those swap on to our engines? Do we just need a new tune or what? I know cobra heads out flow PI heads, but I don't know if they work PI? Also, what heads to the NA Cobra's use?

Why do they call these motors 'modular' again? Seems like the only thing on different stangs that can be swapped besides PI heads are the body parts.LOL

its called the modular motor because the engine factory's can retool the machines from making a 4.6 to a 5.4 or a SOHC to a DOHC in just a few hours. Cuts down on cost by a lot.
