Default Cat converters

If I cut my cat converters off and go straight pipe well it change the engine performance. I'm not worried about state inspections

I have a 96 GT and have a mac pro chamber with no cats and I think it is better. I can tell a little more accel. and a little more top end. i like the idea

if ur talking about taking the cats off of your stock H, it might make a little diff but dont waist your time, just get a new 2.5" offroad x or H if u like that sound more and ull see much better improvments from that..

You'll see performance gains, but if you want even better performance, cat-less midpipe and no mufflers, but hey slap some Magnapacks on there anyways

You may not feel the difference but anytime you relieve exhaust of something that slows it down then there will be a gain.
