Default good all around clutch

Well the transmission is gonna have to come up out my little gray car. After a couple of weeks of hoping my second gear is sadly not going to fix its self. I imagine I'll have to replace the synchro's and hopefully thats it.

SOoo... I figured while I had it out, might as well put a good clutch in it. I'd like one that will stand up to 5000rpm launches on slicks, but yet not feel real "jerky" on the street...

any advice? I's thinkin maybe a spec stage 2...

How much torque are you making at the crank? That will determine which clutch you want to go with.

How do you replace clutch forks? Could anyone give some insight for a tranny dummy? What are clutch forks?

Well its pretty much a bolt on GT.. so ... honestly I have no Idea how much torque its making. I have plans to buy a used procharger from a friend for $2000 so I'd like a clutch that would handle a 380rwhp 5000rpm launch

A soec stage 2 should work fine. I think it can handle around 500 ft-lbs or so.
