I was wondering what aftermarkent K members can use factory control arms. I smoked a curb and bent my lower control arm and tie rod so I purchased a set of '03 Cobra arms. I ordered a QA1 K member from Summit racing but I can cancel anytime if I find out it does not fit however it does not say in the description that it doesn't so I think it should. Also, if someone could point me in the right direction on a tech article or how to on how to replace these, let me know.

im almost positive the control arms will be fine on the tubeular k member.

You can use them but you will have to modify them a bit. Make sure you have a grinder.

I think you have to tell them you want spring perches welded to the k member if it doesnt come with them already. Most aftermarket K's have the option of having spring perches welded on so you can use the stock strut/spring setup. I'm pretty sure the Qa1 doesn't come with them, but don't hold me to that. check into seeing if you can get it as an option.
