i just put in my lt and you have to disconnect the steering shaft and then feed it through the header. but watch out for the tranny linkage it might hit to o2 sensor you might have to bend the lts a little.

finally after spending all day under the car the headers got in, have to bend a little the egr tube to get them fit in the drivers side, the passenger side was piece of cake.

the steering shaft does NOT go through the headers on Mac.... You need to disconnect it adn then bolt the headers up and then just reconnect it... I did mine about 2 months ago.

i'm prolly just gonna have my shop do it because I don't have the time to do it myself. Would I benefit if I got anything else done like swapping the k-member or anything while this is done to save on labor costs?
