I bought my gt because when I had a v6 I couldnt make it to work on time

I got mine to speed whenever and wherever I choose. I dont street race in populated areas but believe me, if theres someone on the freeway that want to play ill drop the hammer. Only girls (no pun) get stangs for just looks. My girl has an 04 v6 because she loves the style but doesnt want the power and noise. to each there own.

yeah, same here. Everyone always ask her why she didnt get a gt. LOL, I dont think she's ever drove more than 60 mph. It's always fun driving her car for a while then jumping in mine.

I got my gt because i am 16 and i want the ability to fishtail, burnouts at the tip of my toes.

I don't really speed, not purposely anyways, haha. Sometimes I find myself lead fotting it a little I guess, but yea, I bought my GT because I wanted a V8. I mean, even just cruising at the speed limit, the V8 just sounds so much cool, sucks more gas, haha, but yea, sounds really nice and having that extra power over the V6 to just step on it and go is really nice. And yea, burnouts are more fun with the GT, though i try don't to beat the snot out of my car too much, haha, only when goofing around with friends I guess...But if for nothing else, the sound of the V8 was more than enough reason for me to choose my '96 GT over a newer, lower mileage V6 stang.

the sound of a GT w/ a catless exhaust and packs are music to my ears. Plus its always nice to smoke a cocky ricer @ a light. LOL

dude are you crazy.v8s are ...................more powerfull,look better,sound better,get more attention,respond to mods betterect ext..........but about the speed limit thing im not going to lye i speed somtimes but more 5 -7 over nothing stupid but i hate giveing up a challenge and hey acrer that gtp pretty quick?

oh man i had a v6, i had going pretty quick..took out ricers like a chinese man to white rice...but i would be killed by stock gt's stock..the auto i could take out, my v6 was auto but massivly hookt up....then i bought my 04 GT wow...the sound of a V8 is so heavenly, i have long tubes on my v6 and it sounded killer, but man my GT with only the cat-back sounds great...iand the v8 responds incredibly well to mods...it took 5 mods on my V6 to equal maybe 1 mod on my v8..... got the v8 for power bragging rights and rice killing machine to challenge those cocky guys with their twin turbo 6's...V8 till the day i die im only going up in cylinders from now on...

Cuz I like to go fast, and I wanted to build it to go faster. Building a v6 IMO would just be pointless......
