Default Pro Kit Questions

With Eibach Pro kit springs am I going to need new caster camber plates? What brands are the best or does it matter? What am I looking for in them? Thanks

No all you need is the Springs..... No matter what anyone else tells you. If you get the sportlines though you will need cc plates and very soon shocks/struts

I want as smooth a ride as possible so I need to know what I need to change. Would struts/shocks be neccessary too? Do I need spring isolators? If so what kinds are the best of both

kyle, im running pro kit and never did c/c plates...but i did get kyb agx 8 way adjustable gas shocks/struts installed the same time as the pro kit. I am going to do c/c plates soon though when i tackle my suspension setup...mechanical wise, you dont NEED anything but the springs, but if you want a smooth ride i highly suggest doing some shocks/struts will doing the springs...good luck!

All i did was the springs and it literally rode like stock. I had to get out and walk around my car to make sure they were on! My ride didnt get any worse until i put 18s on [:@]

Thanks Mike...I figured while I'm doing all my work I'd do some suspension stuff too

Not to butt in on the thread....I have the eibach pro kit and when I took a drive to Cali. I felt each and every bump on the LA freeways. Mygirl almost got sick bouncing up and down. lol

What do I need to stop the bouncing? I have all stock suspension but the springs.

Thanks

Your shocks and struts probably went out. Replace them and i bet it fixes your problem.

So going along with this, the ford C's springs would be alright to use without the plates????

I have heard of poeple needing c/c plates for the C-springs, I think they tend to drop a little more than the Pro-kit.

Wait for Aereon to come and plea his case for c/c plates. I think he's the only one I've ever heard say you need c/c plates for the pro-kit.
