Default broken Bullett

[size=3][size=2]Notes: i have a 2001 Ford Bullitt which i have not driven since june of 2003
when a spark plug was blown out of the engine.... would any one know how to
get ahold of the litigation form for Ford to dispute this i tried resolving
it with the dealership because i purchase a waranty for 100k miles and they
didnt want to honor it..i also sent a leter to Ford and they sent me a
letter back leting me know they recieved mine but then Ford told me i had to
write another letter to some other place to get the form to put in my
complait. I did as i was intructed by Ford but recieved nothing this is
ridicules I have been paying $380 A month for a year and a half for a car
which i love but cant drive (vin #1fafp42x21f2f8371) customer service really
sucks... I wanted to purchase the Excursion for my wife but after all this
its hard to have confidence in fords customer service and in the aftermarket
waranty they let their dealerships sell to customers

WTF would you wait so long??? A month without my car (while in your situation and under warranty) and somebody is catching some serious $h!t!. That is a very rare occurance as far as I know...
