Default Rear seat removal help?!?

I have a 2001 Cobra and want to remove the rear seat, but I can't figure it out. Is the bolt hidden, or is there a pattern you need to do it in? Please help!

The bottom comes out with with a flat tip slid under it in the center of each seat. The back is bolted in at the bottom.

I hope your not pulling it out for weight savings.

Underneath the bottom of each seat cushion is two tabs that need to be pulled out to release the pins that hold the bottom cushion down. Pull up and away from the trunk to remove the bottom cushion. The rear cushions are mounted to a frame that bolt to the body sheet metal. Unscrew I think 4 bolts and the rear will come out as one piece.
