question about like sounds like a chain rattle or something coming from the engine or under it

Hey guy smaybe you can help me determin what this noise is its only happens when the car is cold ant at between 2500 and 3000 rpm shifts its like a chain rattleing or something under the car pasengerish side.. what could this be?? thanks for the hlep

Probably your throwout bearing going bad. I had the exact same sound on my old truck and thats exactly what it sounded like. I replaced the whole clutch assy and all was new.
