Default Mach 1 Grille Delete issues

I just put on a Mach 1 Grille delete and its great. But, it has a pain in the a** issue. When you remove the the factory grille there are four holes in the bumber cover. These holes match the pegs on the on the delete panel. The kits comes with four pal nuts for these pegs. Thread them on first and then remove them. This will cut the threads into the plastic and make it easier to get them on. Then start them on, hold in place and use a rachet to screw them on. Other than that, it looks great.

Yup, it was a major PITA. So much of a PITA as a matter of fact, that I left those four bolts out on the bottom. After spending so much time taking the stock bolts out, I wasn't in the mood to put any back in. 6 months or so and it hasn't flown off yet

You have to put the pal nuts on so the panel does not fly up while you are on the road. If you leave them out they may make a flapping sound.
