I think your gonna have a hard time getting 15K for a used 03 GT, but I could be wrong.

KBB seems to do only one thing nowadays... get everything wrong.

Either way, FI GT> N/A cobra.
i agree 100% that im not going to get 15 out of it haha but i expected to get around 12-13k...reasonable??? i dont think its going to matter because i have been researching s/cers for the last 3 hours and i think im in the GT for the long haul...now its down to vortech or procharger...ive read a lot of your (2000GT46) posts on threads where other people have asked the same question...i think i like the procharger for a few resons including the main one...it comes with an intercooler...the louder whine is preferred...

on the other hand the procharger is self contained (not a +)...its harder to tune...and its slightly more expensive

2000GT4.6 is your vortec intercooled with the paxton kit like you mentioned??? if not did you find it safe to run the vortech w/o cooling??? i live in AZ and we get up to 110 degree temperatures and my car is a DD...im not lookin for an extreme tune...lookin for 380-400 hp because i cant afford a blown engine and i know that 420 ish is safe but u never know

the only thing is that i can see this taking a lot of money and i have a lot of other stuff that i need before i can get a s/cer...new rear tires...new springs (sportlines too low)...CC plates...shocks...the list goes on and on

soooo any feedback????

The car has no sort of intercooler/aftercooler on it at all atm, making 420 WHP with a ultra safe tune.

All you have to do is set the tune up (your tuner should already do so in fact) so that it pulls timing at IAT rises. This keeps everything safe regardless of how hot it is out. I have driven/raced my car as it is now in 100+ degree temps with no problems.

Don't let the intercooler be a big part of your descsion. You can do a DIY intercooler CHEAP nowadays and if everything works out I will be selling a kit fairly soon for vortech cars (and if I get test beds others) for around 500 bucks.

Full exhaust/intake boltons (LTs, midpipe, catback, t/b, and plenum) plus a vortech kit at 8-10 PSI should get you to 380-400 WHP pretty easy (conservative tune).

cool thanks for the help...75mm tb/plenum setup would be what i want right?? and when i get this ishould wait to install it because it will cause the car to lose tq/hp w/o f/i right??

edit: also what style CAI will i need to allow for room for the centri s/cer??? sorry for all the questions haha just tryin to get everything in order

also what is the difference between the s trim and the sq trim? is it just sound based because the louder the better

get an 03/04 cobra. Much better car for the long run and worth the extra money you'll spend.

No carpayments = mods. Or a car tha is a little bit faster. I'd say just keep the clone and blow it.
