Default Magnaflow VS Magnapack

Just wondering how much louder the magnapacks will be with the stock H? And also how much louder the regular magnaflows are than stock? I am looking for a nice deep sound without being ridiculously loud, but I don't want to spend the money on the regular magnaflows if there is not much difference than stock.

Magnaflows are louder than stock. Magnapacks are a lot louder than the regular Magnaflow catback but offer no performance gain per Magnaflow themselves - they're just louder.

I think my Magnaflow catback has a deep sound but it tends to roar as the RPM's climb.

magnaflows aren't all that much louder than stock at cruising and idle speeds, WOT is where they really come alive. packs rumble at idle, cruising and WOT.

Magnapacks sound okay with stock H. Magnaflows however are very tame and quiet, and sounds like stock until you get into the higher RPM ranges. With the Magnapacks there is a dramatic different in sound compared to stock no matter what RPM you're at. Magnapacks aren't ridiculously loud unless you get an O/R midpipe with them.

I went today and got my exhaust done. I just had regular magnaflows welded into the stock pipes. They told me if I like the sound and want the catback they will buy the mufflers back from me and get me the catback, or same if I decide to go with the packs. So far I'm happy with the magnaflows, a little louder would be good, but I think the packs would be too loud for me. If I go to 2.5" pipes it should be what i want.I should have a Sound clip by tomorrow.
