Default THROTTLE BODY HELP!!!!!

I got my ACCUFAB 70mm TB w/ 1" Helix spacer. I put it on without complication. The acceleration improvement is really good. There is one problem. When I put the car in neutral while its still moving it idles at 1500 rpm. When i come to a complete stop, it quickly goes back down to normal. The TB has a bypass screw that controls the idle speed. I took it off and adjusted the screw almost all the way down and it still does the same thing. Is the high idle because of the increased airflow? Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Thanks
Zach

Did you reset the computer? ie: Unplug it?

I know mine idles high while rolling in nuetral the first coulpe days after resetting the computer. Let it go for a day or two and see if it goes back to normal.

Dude, let us know how it goes. Also - what other mods do you have that you felt a 70mm TB difference?

It will get better after a few days, but will probably always idle a tad high until you come to a complete stop - your IAC does that due in part to the higher flowing throttle body. PS - ditch that "helix" thing dude.

Also it takes a few days for your car to "train itself" with certian mods. Thats what I read anyways.

Ha, i'm in the same situation. Just installed a 75mm TB so my car is idling high too. I also noticed that it's doing alot of small adjustments when I'm idling. It just takes time for your computer to figure it out. The same thing happened to me when I installed my Densecharger. It'll go away.
