Default saleen replica wheels

im looking at the saleen replica wheels at www.wheelreplicas.com . u guys can go check them out and tell me if u think they are good replica wheels to purchase.... beforei start let me say i know this is in 2 sections... apearance and 4.6, but no one ever says anything in apearance so im gonna put it here too. ill get more responses.

i want to know if i should get 18x10 in the rear os should i do 18x9 all around.

would 10 inch in the rear be sticking out of the fender. with the stock 17x8, the wheel sits way to much into the fender... i want to get a size that makes it fit realy nice, but i dont want it to be sticking out of the fender... so im gonna ask u guys ... 18x9 all around or 18x9 front and 18x10 rear.....

i would say get the 18x9 all the way around so u could rotate ur tires u also have to remember that the heavier ur wheels r the more tq/hp u loose ur tires wont hit the wheel well if u get a smaller side wall on ur tires so the over all diameter of the tire is close to the same diameter u have now. get the same ratio example 245/45/17 so get 245/40/18 or so b/c the chrome is closer to the ground b/c of less side wall u might end up scratiching the chrome more easily, but u should be ok.

the thing is that i dont mind not being able to rotate tires. im gonna get diff rear tires than front tires anyways so i dont really care. i DO on the other hand, care if 10s will fit in the back without sticking out of the fender. the reason i want to go with 10in wide in the back is so that i can have more traction on launches and more control comming out of a drift or slide or whatever i may be doing. also... i will have 410s , so im sure the wheels wont slow me down too much.. im sure the 410s will put the wheels in their place so to speak ... what do u think

also... on my stock wheels 17x8 ... i have 255/40/17 all around... i dont have the stock size tires anymore. i had to get new ones so i figured id go with 255/40/17 all around. seems to have worked out pretty well .. FYI

OHHH maybe i can get 18x9 all around, and in the rear i can get like a half inch spacer so it looks a little bit wider in the rear than front... or are spacers not safe? maybe ill start a thread on that in a while lol

i dont think they will stick out of the fender well cuz saleens have 10s in the back and they r fine. the only time i wouldnt care about the size in the back is if u plan on buy DR (thats just me). u could save some $$$ buy just getting a wider tires in the back so more rubber hit the road & ur rear wheels r much lighter (just a thought). I never heard anything bad about spacers, but maybe some else has.
