4.6L GT Wheels
What years were the 17" Premium Painted Aluminum Wheels with Bright Flange (look like 5 spoke torque thrusts) used on GT Mustangs.

He said Premium, so I'm assuming he's talking about the Bull's especially if he said they look like Torque Thrusts.

yea I would think the same, I beleive they came out on Bullit's first in '01 then on the 02+ GT's as options.
