intake mani and head

who makes a intake mani for a 99gt and who also makes some good heads?

FRPP makes heads, but they're essentially ported stock heads... And Lakewood I believe makes an intake manifold, but really only for RACE...

It's not like a 5.0 where these are simple swaps...

Look up the " P-51" intake manifold, made some very good power when teamed up with a good cam grind and heads i believe that the company is named Fox Lake, saw a dyno 02 gt 5spd gained 35hp from the P-51 intake manifold and a good cam grind...P-51 is what im chasing..

If you have the cash and are going this route (rather than some form of FI) go with a set of VT stage 2 camshafts, get your stock heads ported, and get the above mentioned p51 intake manifold. This should be good for at least 325 RWHP (I would guess maybe even 340 range) with full boltons.
