01 cobra engine into 97 GT

01 cobra engine into 97 GT
What else would I need if I got a complete engine "intake to oil pan" to fit a 2001 cobra engine into my 1997 GT? It is an automatic transmission. Hopefully you guys can help becuase I think I may have a really good deal on a engine out of a 2001 cobra. Thanks in advance.

i'm doing the same swap but on a 96 cobra engine, i also have an auto. I posted a thread last night about this i believe but pretty much got no replies, to my knowledge you'll need a different flywheel, air intake tube, and probblay just a few other cheap things.
