Hey guys i'm new here and had some quick questions. I purchased my 02 gt a few months back and am finally building up the cash flow again to be able to start moding it. The car is completly stock and i'm not sure where to get started. I've done some reading on here and i've seen a lot of people down playing bolt ons from the jump. I've been doing a lot of research into the Kenne Bell 2.1 and it seemed like a possible option. Also I thought about the possiblility of starting off with the gears. Just trying to get some input from others with experience. Thanks

any recommendations as far as cat-back vs x-pipe, which gears, brand of short throw?

The catback all depends on the sound your going for, and regardless of the catback you choose adding a midpipe and high flow cats will make the car ALOT louder and give you a more defined tone.

Go out and listen to some sound clips and decide what you like you will get 20 different opinions here to each their own. As far as that 2.1 K/B you would not be disappointed.
