Default 99T45 in a 96

Well I tried selling this thing and a few people on here jerkin my chain around too much so now that my trans is going out I am going to put it in my car.

Tech Guys Only, Please

I called THR a few months ago and they gave me a trans shop they go through and they told me it was an easy thing to do. What should I expect?? They told me to pull the tail shafts on the tranmissions and pull out the manual and Electronic speed sensors and just swap them out. Is this all there is to it? I've rebuilt about a few dozon TH400 but never one of these. What sould I expect,

I believe that is the only difference between the two. They should be the same other then the speed senors.

Pulling the tail shaft off of a T-45 is slightly harder than TH400 auto all you have to do there is remove the snapring and a few bolts and its off. With a T-45 you have to deal with pushing the pin through the shift rod and dealing with all that shifter crap in order to pull it off. good luck. i'd suggest getting a ford manuel to help you do it right.
