well they said something like 75 for an hr they said they just did a corvette and took them 4 days i was like what the. also they were like we do the best job it will be a perfect install it wont ever have to come back to the shop. nah it is called performance specialist's stanley exhaust.http://www.stanleysexhausttech.com. that is the only place i talked to. i mean im afraid to ask how much to install the supercharger anywhere else when they r telling me like 6-100 to install gears im not sure if thats just cali or i am looking in the wrong places. i think i have seen people saying that they have installed this kit in 4-10hrs. superchargers4less has great prices like 400 below every other price out there.

$1800 seems really high to install a s/c. Unless the guy is a god at dyno tuning and can UNLEASH THE BEAST i'd say gtfo

he is gonna take 4 days either he just works on it for 3-4 hours at a time and changes u for the whole day or he is he does not know how to turn a wrench. look in the instructions, see how long they say it takes and go off of that for how long it should take them. sounds like they are trying to rip u off. just on the gears alone by his rate which is $15 over the max perhour he should even think about charging he is trying to say it'll take 8-13 hours. it should only take 3-4 at most. if U do talk to him again U should call him on that and see what he say hopfully there will be another customer there overhearing.

if you live in the southeast, run it by MD motorsports in atlanta (formerly T&J Performance). They are GODS when it comes to supercharged mustangs and have done enough to get you in and out fast. I met a guy in town who got his vortech installed on his 2002 gt there and says it was worth every penny

haha sounds like ur having some bad luck.... i know for me down here in los angeles... there is a rear end shop called hoopers rear end shop... all they do is rear ends.... i got my 410s for 169 and im getting them installed with new bearings etc etc for 380+whatever tax is... so around 400 410... dont pay more than that .... and for the supercharger id say grab a friend of yours if u have one that is a little familira with working on cars, and do it your selves... thats what a buddy of mine did... and if u dont have a knowledgable friend... then grab any friend and figure it out. whos gonna pay 50% of what the supercharger costed to isntall it. give me a break.... that or keep calling places and see what the cheapest rate u get it... and make sure they only charge u for max 8 hrs because thats how long it takes... not 4 days, that rediculous
