Default Can the 2V handle the power?

Can my 2 valve engine with built bottom end handle 15psi from my s-trim and a 100 shot from the plate?

If the internals are forged, they'll be fine. The block can handle 600 rwhp (I think) and you may be getting close to that on 15 psi and a 100 shot. I get 500+ on 12 lbs and no N20 so Im guessing youll be around that 600 mark.

15 psi? AND 100 SHOT while in boost?? asking for a boom. but before you even come to the point of having too much power for the block itself, youre going to have to addresss fuel line and spark plug issues. the problem with the 2valves is they are suffocating unless you slap a blower and long tubes on there, you probably wont be reaching near 600 with just those two. And also, youre tranny will take a sh*t before the block does.

Why would you want 15psi? Stick with 8-10 and enjoy your car.

i have an S trim at 16.5psi on my car now with stage 3 heads and cams, dual pumps, and methanol injection. i'm only at 531RWHP. with long tube headers it should put me at about 550-560RWHP. the S trim is going to choke before it hits 600RWHP, you'll need to upgrade to a T. i start losing power at 6000rpm.

out of curiosity, do you know how much of a difference Stage 2 heads are from Stage 3? im running VT stage 2 heads, and am curious as to the gains i would achieve if i went with Stage 3.

There have been others making 600whp on an s-trim. You need intercooler.....But I dont understand why it wouldnt make at least 550whp on the blower and then 650 on a 100 shot. The blower wont need to be pushing any harder when I spray.

i'm making more power than anyone with the same setup that the shop has ever done without an intercooler. i have methanol injection which yielded better gains overall. i suppose with nitrous, you COULD do it. you do realize that a 100 shot of nitrous on a blown car is going to give you a hell of a lot more HP than 100HP right?
