Default running rich i believe

after I bought my 03 GT, the owner told me that he had replaced the fuel pump with an aftermarket one in preparation for a supercharger. Thinking about that, and how im getting about 160 miles per tank driving good in the city, I think my car is running really rich. I asked a friend about it and he said i was probably losing power if it was rich, and to replace the fuel pump, or have it dialed down. I however, looking for more power, have decided to add more air to the mixture and hopefully make some gains. Any body have any ideas on what would even out the mixture a bit?

i think youd throw some codes if you were rich to the extent of getting 10MPG. i get about 220 from my tank, combination of city highway and WOT. the fuel pump alone wont increase the amount of fuel, it only increases the amount it can pump. Your FPR and injectors will control how much makes it into the cylinders, but you have a returnless fuel loop, so a powerful pump + stock injectors could cause problems. even out the mixture? a dyno tune unfortunetly. does it feel like youre losing power?
