Ford Racing actually dicontinued the 03-04 bumpers. That was the first place I went to get mine. I personally spoke with a rep. from Ford Racing, and I was told that the 03-04 fronts or rears were no longer available. I have no clue where everyone else gets their's through, but it's not FRPP
