Oil soaked spark plug
The outside of the spark plug is covered in oil down to the threads.

Is it possible oil was accidently spilled and it went down the spark plug whole. I imagine the spark plug boot also had oil on it? which can cause a miss

When I pulled the old plug out it was oil soaked,

Valve cover is leaking.There is no other place up top that has oil run threw it.
