Wait a second... what tranny do you have? I just noticed you have a '01 so you may have the T45 and then you may have the TR3650. If you have the T45 then 3.73's will be plenty... if you have the 3650 then you HAVE TO HAVE 4.10's! LOL

Ford Racing gears only. They are the gears everyone else wishes they had. Recently improved too. No one beats Ford gears. By the way, found a dynomite place to buy 3.73's at a great price: www.buyfordracing.com Only $139 a set for 3.55's & 3.73's!

Because the gears in the 3650 are lower than the ones in the T45. So if you put 4.10's in the T45 you are going to be reving really high on the highway... something like 2700-2850 @ 70 mph. SO all in all the 3.73's are to the T45 as the 4.10's are to the 3650. Its has everything to do with the tranny gearing.
