i want to know which is the best cams for my 02 auto gt and which stage? considering that i dont want it to be loud .
and what kits i need for install?

I would go with vt cams. Stage 1 if you plan on doing nothing else to your motor. If you plan on building your motor go with the stage 2. If you are adding F/I go with a blower cam. Stage 1 says you don't need springs but I would replace them anyway and on the others you will need to replace the springs.

besides the mods in my sig, the cams is the last thing that i would do in mycar, so is vt cam stage 1 is perfect? i thought stage 2 is the best!, is there somthing call soft cams??

For a stock N/A application I wouldn't bother with stage two as they improve power higher up in the rpm band where stage 1s are a better all around cam. Now if you had a built motor and could rev past 5700 rpms than stage 2s might be better.

i dont know because im confused between stage 1 and stage 2, i wouldnt do any furthor mods then in my sig
