what is the difference between the P1sc and the D1sc?

The D1sc builds more boost then the P1sc!

It not the boost level so much as the CFM.

The PS1C, from what I have seen, taps out around 500 WHP on a 2v car. The D will take you well into the 600 WHP range efficently.

The P will start to shred belts, and just run out of breath, a long time before the D. If your going with a built motor setup and want a procharger the D is the way to go.

Here are the specs. the horsepower numbers they have on there are complete bull****, but everything else is about right:
