ok then, as far as the seatbelt goes you can use the method to turn off the alarm.
I had this problem but it was due to the owner before me cutting the seatbelt wire at the buckle, so even when I had it buckled it would chime and light. Also, the seatbelt disabling trick wouldn't work because of the cut wires.
The problem was the cut wires were actually touching and completed the circuit so I simply seperated them and taped them unlike the hack who owned it before me.
