Default Ported heads = larger header gaskets

Just thinking about it.....If the exhaust ports are bigger wouldn't i need a large diameter gaskey opening to compensate (SP?) for the bigger ports? Or are most gaskets bigger already?

You aren't really going to want to take a lot out from the exhaust side. It's the intake side that sucks. All I did on my exhaust side was clean up the port a little. Your regular gaskets should work fine.

the port should be no bigger then the gasket, blue print the gasket on the head and thats how big the ports onthe intake and exhaust should be.
