Default Bassani Catback or Borla Catback

So yea I'm looking at spending some money either way. I can't decide between the borla stingers or the bassani catback. Also if I get the bassani I would prob go w/ a bassani catted x, would a bassani catted x still sound good even if I went with the stingers?? I just wanna make sure if I spend all this money that I get a great sound regardless.

you are going to get hardcore opinions on both of these...both are high quality mufflers that will sound great...i personally like bassanis sound...go to mustangexhaust.com and listen to some different combos of x pipes and bassani/borla

+1 its basically all opinion though...its your car, and you need to figure out which sounds better in your opinion...honestly I wish I could hear exhausts in person to make my decision...the internet...cant always capture "that sound"

Just my 2 cents, but I really don't like the sound of the Borlas. I have heard them in person with the same setup you are talking about and they don't sound that great to me. Do what you think you will like better. Personally, anything Bassani sounds great.

So is there actually that much sound difference though between the Stingers and the Bassani catback?

Hmmmm I really do like the sound of bassani with bassani's x pipe

Sounds badass on this mach 1 though
Here's a Mach with borla stingers and bassani x
GT with bassani catback and x

If you went with straight through I'd go with the Packs.

And yes there is quite a huge difference between the sounds as far as loudness.

Bassani makes great exhaust. Just the Bassani o/r H-pipe with Flow 40's sounds soooo good.

I have stingers with my o/r H and LOVE them to the death.

But I have NEVER heard anything bad about Bassanni either *same for Borla*

Either way youre going to spend some dough, but it'll be a unique sound that you dont hear as often, and they'll both make you grin whenever youre doing anything with your car.

I know that I still do, and Ive had them for almost 2.5 years.
