Bassani X-piipe with no cats.
My just bought '96 GT Conv. has a few goodies already installed for extra horsepower. One of them is a Bassani X-pipe with no cats. Just straight pipe from the engine to the X-pipe to the Flowmaster exhaust. The car is very loud and has that Mustang growl. I really don't want to quiet the exhaust down or nothing. My question is will I be able to pass Tennessee car inspection? How much extra horsepower from stock is this set up giving the car?

Dang it. Now I have to go get some Cats from somewhere. I will take em right back off after I pass the inspection though. Will a tuner help me pass inspection? What does this do and what kind of tuner should I get?
