Default Shiftpoint?

I was wondering i have only been getting about 270km's to a tank, and if I should shift to 5th in city, and at what rpms in fourth should i shift to 5th? thanks

Anything above 35-40 mph or so for me and I'm in 5th, of course, that's for cruising, if you need to accelerate at that RPM, or even go uphill you need to go back to 4th. REAL light throttle, just enough to maintain speed. Above 45 or so, you can accelerate a little.
