Engine swap

Gota friend who just traded into a 97 GT with a bad motor. He's got a carb'd 5.0 he's looking to put in it's place. Can anyone give me any advice or any websites related to the swap. It would be appreciated.

this is the site i used when doing my engine sawp, but i put the 302 from an 89 5.0 in my 67.
