I've had the on both my 02 GT and my Cobra. In bumper to bumper stop and go traffic with the A/C blowing ice cubes and the stereo blasting....
cool, and i didnt say your A/C wont work, i said the MAX A/C setting gets degraded if its on full blast. That was my experience... degraded A/C (only on the highest setting) and every now and then a flicker of the headlights when at a light (fixed with HID's for some reason)

I didn't say you did. It's a common concern that a lot of people have that I addressed with my experiences. My GT did the light thing, the Cobra doesn't....

I did mine without air tools. Just use a breaker bar for the crank pulley. The water pump pulley can be done with a ratchet. As stated before, just take the alternator off and have Auto Zone switch that one over. They'll do it for free. Rent a harmonic balancer puller while you're at it, and you're set.

Mine took me about 1.5 hours to install. I've had them on for about 5 weeks, and no AC problems. dimming lights, etc.

Notice ANY difference in performance?

It feels like you just turned off the A/C. Then a few minutes later the "high" wears off and you want more....

I noticed a difference. However,I also installed my TB/plenum at the same time so I don't know how much the pullies contributed to that difference.

Might sound like a stupid question but did you leave the belt on while loosening the pullies?

Oh, and one more thing. Do all the pullies need to be done at the same time? For instance, if I get into the install and get the water pump and alternator done but don't have time for the crank pully, can I just throw the belt on and do it later?

Take the belt off. It's very easy, just stick your 3/8 ratchet in the hole on the tensioner, loosen it, and take off the belt.
I would definitely do them all at once. give yourself a couple of hours and you should be fine.

YES...lol A: your belt wont fit right and B your other pulleys will be turning at weird speeds and stuff...just do them all at the same time IMO

Hey. I told you it might be a stupid question. Anyway, thanks for the feedback. My concern is the crank pulley. Any chance of breaking anything? Whats the torque setting if you know it, or is it just a bunch of gorilla grips. I think I will check with my local autozone for a puller for the balancer before I start.
