Default 3 core intercooler

im about to swap pulleys and run a 12lb. pulley. since i live in texas, and it's so hot and humid i wont see the full 12lbs. right now ive got a 10lb. pulley and see 9.2 lbs. but my question is since i'll be running more boost, would it be benificial to upgrade to a 3 core intercooler? am i pushing my luck running 11lbs. with a 2 core intercooler?

I would say what you have is probably good enough but you might want to look into getting meth instead of upgrading....

I saw someone say its alot less work than you think. Apparently you don't have to fill it up all that much. It might have been nanaki talking about it. not sure.

im not concerned at all about the cost of filling it up. im just concerned about having to do it every couple of days. but nanaki, from what you said it sounds like that wont be the case. i want to do it, but my tuner dosent like tuning for it so im gonna have to find someone else to do it.

yeah, even if you do a hard run and then check the tank, it's still practically full. i talked to snow performace and they said unless a shop knows what they're doing when tuning for meth, don't bother.

you can also get the safety kits for the snow performance boost cooler. it'll have indicator lights in the car for you. it'll light up green when flow starts and an amber light will come on if there's a problem with the flow, so you can get off the throttle and save your motor. it also has a bypass bleed that will bleed boost out if there's a problem with flow and cut timing.

What is the performance boost with the snow kit? lets say i have a 400whp Car 3coreIntercooled. How much whp will this gain?(i know it will be safer, but i dont wanna go MUCH higer than 400whp on stock block)
