RE: Cant get the tranny in!!!!!!!! DANGIT!!!
Get a huge breaker bar and use the sway bar as a balance pointto pry up on the front of the engine to tilt it. (Have an extraperson do this, while you and someone else are lifting the tranny). Jacking never worked for me but maybe I was jacking it up wrong?
If that doesnt work take the motor mount bolts off; only two of them. Then try prying again. Use a 2x4 where the breaker bar will hit the metal so it doesnt slip/injure anything.

Yeah, youll definatly just have to tilt the engine somehow. If you have access to a engine hoist, you could just attach the front while the motor mount bolts are off. You could jack the front of the engine up like the others have said, it just seemed to jack the entire engine up for me though. All depends where you jack it from I guess.
Just find someway to tilt that engine and youll get that sucker in there. It's a pain in the ***.

You must have the engine not sitting level.

RE: Cant get the tranny in!!!!!!!! DANGIT!!!
you need to push up on the front of the oil pan with a jack, but be careful to not damage it, it should give you a little more room to slide it in at an angle. Thats what i had to do when installing my TR-3650 after i diched the auto.

I like to tilt the engine by using a ratchet strap I put one hook on the driver shock tower run it around the front of the engine and put the other hook on the passenger shock tower making a V shape with the strap this way there is no chance of the engine falling off the jack while you are moving it around wrestling the trans up on to the engine
