Default X-pipe question

New to the whole 4.6 game and have an X-pipe question. Would replacing the stock H-pipe with an X-pipe with no cats make it freak out? for example this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-04...41583357QQrdZ1

by freak out do u mean throw a code? yes it will throw an engine CEL (check engine light) if u dont get mil eliminators with the xpipe. they just fool ur computer into thinkin u have cats when u actualy dont. ur car will be alot loudder and sound way meaner.

so you just put the mils in place of the O2 sensors and hook them up and it fools it. pretty sweet. How would I need to pay you for them?
