Tunable Induction CAI

I see this posted as an upgrade on site from time to time. I have never seen one. What are they able to tune, the amount of flow coming in, the amount of flow being seen by theMAF, or all of the above? Do they come with their own tunable MAF? Do they require proprietary to operate with the car? Are they beneficial on an N/A car?

it's just a CAI, if memory serves they offer 2 options, 1 leaves the filter in the engine bay and the other puts it in the fender. I bought the full length intake a while back, it looks good and I guess it improved throttle response a bit. Nothing to write home about but it's a cheap do it yourself mod.

It's a modular system. You can buy individual pieces, or the whole thing. I have the piece between the stock AF housing (needed for the ram-air) and the TB. Definitely an improvement over stock.

lol thats more of a ram air intake... and i think to get any gains to speak of u would atleast need to remove the stock rubber thing with a smooth pipe, to better the airflow.
