We can take your car for 30 days plus jail time. Or even better, lose your car forever. Each time you see it, it will be at a car show painted like a patrol car with a sign "Donated by a local dumbass"
It sounds like you are dreaming.

Now what exactly can you confiscate a car for? Speeding? Reckless driving? Loud muffler?

Well, Allvenom. You being 33 yrs old, you sound like an immature teenager. Ignorance appears to be a disease in you. Too bad there is no cure for people as bad as you. Stop the "Catch me if you can" thinking. Worse case scenario, you hurt or kill someone else. You seem not to care about anyone but yourself. I can assure you that you will never see me in your mirror, until I want you to. So grow up, stop using your car as an excuse to make up for something else. You are right, you can talk all you want, that is your right, but driving is a privilege.

For one, I'm the biggest BS'er you'll ever know. I would never actually try to outrun a cop, I said that just to get at you and apparently it worked. My father was a cop dude. Lighten up, I'm just having fun. But seriously, who are you fooling with the whole driving is a privilege thing? Um, the states don't build roads just for the privilege of driving, it's because it is a necessity. It's actually my right to drive, not a privilege. The police do not merely "allow" us to drive, they only monitor it. So, when you wake up from this dictatorship you live in, we'll all be in a better place.

It is statements like this from law enforcement officials that make me cringe.

And on a side note, kids don't drive crazy, swerving in and out of traffic at speeds you cannot handle. It is as unsafe to the rest of the motorists out there as driving while intoxicated. This concludes my public service announcement.

Why don't you just ask a cop in your area what they think about what you want to do? I did. He was pretty cool too. He said that his department doesn't have a policy on how loud a vehicle can be as long as someone doesn't complain about it at night while driving in a residential area.

He even gave me some tips on what areas to avoid in a neighboring town. Thumbs up for Warner Robins Police Department in GA.
