VT stage 1's are gonna give you around 25 rwhp and a nice idle. Piece of cake to do, you can use the AFM tool or drop the timing cover. Not for a first timer if your removing the timing cover because you've gotta set the cam timing back up, the engine is an interference seteup, meaning if not timed right your gonna bend valves.
Cool, where can I find out information on the AFM tool. Also if anyone knows of an article on doing this (I swear I saw one somewhere with people marking the timing chain) I would really appreciate it. Anything else I should know about removing/replacing the heads (dont want to mess up the gasket)) Thanks.
