ok I found a place called Park way ford that has a swap kit that is rather amusing to me. But I was wondering seeing as how I can get a good used set of heads and an intake for $550 can I just use there basic bolt and gasket kit to complete the swap? If I can do that then I will definitly get a set of Vt cams or something. if you can help it will be appreciated thanks

ok I have found a set of heads for $400 and I found an intake for $150. What else do I need in order to get this swap complete.I was thinking of getting some VT stage 1 cams to go with it but I am not sure if I should do that or get long tubes cause its either one of the other. I have heard that there is a place that sells the whole kit but I dont remember what site it was.

Go with the camshafts. The LTs can be added later alot easyer than the cams. BTW, see if you can get the heads ported someplace, it might cost ya a little extra (might have to save some more cash etc) but it will be worth it in the end. With the heads ported and the camshafts installed, you are looking at a possible 310+ RWHP when you finish your boltons.

If you plan to get headers at any time do it when you have the heads off. I agree that the cams would be the better choice of the 2, but you will really kick yourself down the road if you don't get them now. Installing headers are such a pain on these cars and having the heads off will open up a lot of room making the install a piece of cake. I know you can't afford to do both, but if you plan to do both ever, just save the money and do it now. IMO

How much horsepower would i increase if i added the PI swap with a set of VT stage 1 cams? around 50hp at the flywheel? This is with non ported heads.
